Effective networking is all about linking up with others to build trusted relationships, increase your visibility and build your reputation within your industry. It’s also important to regularly attend a diverse array of events to increase your knowledge base, learn about new opportunities and make new friends.
We’ve created a list of local organizations that provide a plethora of networking and growth opportunities for marketing and communication professionals. We will be updating this list on a monthly basis to keep you in the loop about what’s going on around town with regard to everything from fun networking receptions to short educational programs.
International Association of Business Communicators Events
Monthly Happy Hours – Happy hours are typically held on the last Tuesday of each month. They are free events, and no registration is required.
Monthly Meetings – Monthly meetings are held the second Thursday of the month to network over coffee and to learn from a featured speaker, panel or roundtable discussion.
